What happens during the discovery call?
Your discovery call is a no-obligation, approx 20 minute chat to understand your needs and goals. Whether you’re buying your first home, refinancing, or exploring options, we’ll answer your questions and explain how we can help — simply and clearly.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
No preparation is required! But if you have any info about your income, savings, or goals, feel free to bring it along. If you’re ready to get started, we can guide you through the next steps — otherwise, it’s just a relaxed chat.
Is there any cost or obligation?
None. The discovery call is completely free and there’s no pressure to proceed. We’re here to help you make confident decisions — at your pace.
What if I’m not quite ready to apply for a loan yet?
That’s totally fine. Many of our clients start the conversation months before applying. We’re happy to answer questions and help you understand your options whenever the time is right.
I’ve never spoken to a mortgage broker before — is this right for me?
Definitely. We specialise in clear, down-to-earth advice — especially for people new to the process. You don’t need to know anything upfront. We’ll break it down for you in plain English.
