What to expect.

- I’ll explain what may be possible in plain English
- If it makes sense to continue, I’ll explain what happens next
What to prepare.
You do not need to have documents ready for the first chat, but it helps to have a rough idea of your situation.
Before the call, try to think about:
- What you are trying to do – buy, refinance, invest, build or something else
- Your rough income
- Your savings or deposit amount
- Any current loans, credit cards or debts
- Your current loan balance and rate, if refinancing
- The property price range you are considering
- Any questions or concerns you already have
Do not stress if you do not know every number. The first chat is simply about understanding where you are now and what the next step might look like.

A lot of people speak with a broker before they are ready to apply. The first step is simply understanding your position, what might be possible and what to work on next.

Is the chat free?
Yes. The first chat is free and there is no obligation to proceed. We like long term relationships, so we don’t like to pressure, or push, we prefer to be the trusted broker you always feel you can come to for honesty and transparency, so being pushy or sales like would be getting off on the wrong foot anyway!
How long does it go for?
Around 15 minutes. If more time is needed, we can work out the next step from there.
Can we do the call by phone or Zoom?
Yes. We normally conduct the calls via Google Meet as this is the easiest one to use but we are happy to use Zoom or Phone too, depending on what works best for you.
What happens after the call?
If it makes sense to move forward, I’ll explain what information may be needed and the next steps for reviewing your options properly.
